• Our expected Loan amount
• Information in relation to the security (Trustbridge can ask to conduct valuation of the property but not always)
• Statement of Position
• Sales & Purchase Agreement of property that is sold and bought
• Your identity and address information to satisfy our anti-money laundering obligations.
