Trustbridge Finance provide the financing based on following Lending Criteria:
- Loan Amount: up to $6,000,000.
- Terms of the Loan: 3 months to 12 months.
- Interest Rate: up to 12% (can vary depending on the market condition).
- Security Location: Auckland and Queenstown.
- Loan to Value Ratio: up to 65% (can be subject to change depending on the security and financial serviceability).
Extension of the existing loan is possible if Trustbridge Parnters is satisfied with requirements that it seems appropriate. If extension is applied application fee will be charged.
