• Accommodation properties such as motels and hotels.

Application fee may be payable where Trustbridge Partners Limited decides to provide financing.

• Your expected Loan amount.
• Information in relation to the security (Including Valuation).
• Statement of Position.
• Sales & Purchase agreement.
• Rental/Lease Agreement of the security.
• Your identity and address information to satisfy our anti-money laundering obligations
